Client Responsibility

Payments & Scheduling

All sessions must be paid in full prior to being scheduled

Sessions are booked online through the website or designated scheduling platform

Coaching sessions are held virtually unless otherwise stated
Pricing and session options are listed on the website and may be updated at any time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited

Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are not refunded or rescheduled

We understand that life happens and will always aim to be reasonable while respecting time boundaries.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of coaching services:

Single sessions are non-refundable once completed

Packages or monthly sessions are non-refundable once services have begun

Confidentiality
All coaching conversations are treated as confidential and respectful.
Information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law (such as risk of harm to yourself or others).
