Refund Policy

Your trust matters. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services offered through Empowerment by Erin.

 

Free Clarity Calls

 

Clarity Calls are offered at no cost and are not subject to refunds. If you need to cancel or reschedule a Clarity Call, please do so as soon as possible using the booking link provided. Missed clarity calls may not be rescheduled. 

 

Paid Coaching Services

 

1:1 Empowerment Coaching

Payment is due at the time of booking.  Because coaching sessions reserve time and personalized support, all sales are final once a session or package has begun.  Single sessions are non-refundable once completed.  Monthly coaching packages are non-refundable after the first session in the package has occurred.  If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.  Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be forfeited. 

 

Clarity & Confidence Session

The Clarity & Confidence Session is a short-term, focused coaching experience.  Due to the nature of this offering: Payments are non-refundable once the first session has occurred.  If you cancel prior to the first session, you may request a refund minus any processing fees.  Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and exceptional situations, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Empowerment by Erin. Each request is reviewed individually, and refunds are not guaranteed.
